O & R shaking hands

both are good communist. Looks like O may even be bowing down to him some. Oh yea that's right, they were at a good socialist funeral.
More manufactured outrage. John Podhortez The Conservative Pundit says it best on his Twitter feed:

There's plenty to attack Obama for. Attacking him for shaking someone's hand at a funeral begins to descend into self-parody.

when someone is that old, you are celebrating their life more than mourning their death, because their death was expected, especially an internationally respected individual such as Mandela, who lived a very long and successful life of achievement.

All this hoopla is ridiculous. My grandfather died at 85 a number of years ago, and we were rolling in the aisles laughing during his funeral from some particularly amusing speeches made by his friends and family members, just as he would have enjoyed, and everyone who knew him knew that. It was a great funeral, and yes, people were taking pics together smiling at the reception.

This whole media circus is absolutely preposterous.

Maybe more a celebration of life than mourning of death (of an old communist), but this "selfie" crap is getting old.....

Has a US president ever attended the funeral of a dialectical materialist before?

not the ones where Obama and Bush took candid photos with other heads of state or persons of importance or friends at this solemn event, I think we are discussing the ones Obama specifically took in front of a bathroom mirror while wearing pink sweat pants that said "juicy" on the back and posing.

Imagine for a moment you are attending a memorial service for a famous world leader. You are sitting between your wife and a hot looking blond. Instead of showing your respect for the deceased, you choose to ignore your wife and flirt with the hottie.....at a memorial service (thank you CMBdiesel for the correction), no less.......
