According to the article this lady did not have a DNR (but the family all agree with her intent) but even if she did, TX law mandates that the DNR be ignored and the woman be placed on life support. So much for personal rights.

According to the article there are 11 other states that will ignore a womans wishes. I have not looked them up but I am willing to bet that most if not all the states are red states.
