I am currently in the runny nose stage of a cold, so Kleenex is close at hand right now. Good thing.

I lived in Lubbock from halfway through eighth grade until halfway through my Junior year in high school. The ground is flat and the sand storms were horrid, but Lubbock is full of great people. Given their remote location Texas Tech sports are a big part of the community.

The way Jim is being taken care of is how it SHOULD work. It should come from the hearts of the community, not from a program developed to get some beauracrat some votes.
