This is usually standard procedure anyway isnt it? Ford gave a prototype 2000 Cobra R to a guy as a rolling chassis to race on the track as long as he crushed it when he was done racing it.

They should send it to the "Warhoops" salvage yard in the Detroit Metro area. That's the same place that allegedly certified that GM's 1950s show cars were destroyed... only they weren't and Joe Bortz rebuilt them. Coulda woulda shoulda... Not!

I've driven an older one as well as a newer one. Both were pretty much just muscle cars. Didn't handle terribly, but didn't handle great either. Pretty much were rockets that went straight - very fast!
