Anyone familiar with the Launch X431 diagun?

Considering one of these as a more comprehensive scanner. It looks like it's been around for a few years but I've not met anyone who has personally used one.

I think Dr Bert uses this one, I personally have operated the Launch X431 (large as a briefcase) and it was pretty slow but worked and could get the deep level codes from MBs (The owner told me he paid extra for it)

I doubt it reads tranny codes on the 722.6 though correct?

speaking of the X431 I used, it could read the deep level transmission codes, the SRS, ABS etc - but the purchaser had to pay for those as extra software. I recall that unit was somewhere in the USD 1500/- range.
