I'm watching for one too, only in the CV interceptor iteration.

If you're not after pseudo-luxury get a P71. Lots of upgrades over the normal Panther.

crownvic.net is a good forum, for entertainment. There are certainly a few guys who really know there stuff but there are also thousands of horribly incorrect posts. User beware.

the only few car forums I ever visit - this one has the largest number of technically correct posts when it comes to repairing benz

others like - crown vic, impala, toyota etc are loaded with bad information. e.g. one post on the crown vic forums says that the only ball joints that will install without tearing the boot is the moog stuff. ummmm - you are supposed to remove the boot on any brand joint for that car before loading it up in the press.

e.g. the impala forums speak of radiator mud etc and have a permanent fire shooter for dexcool - whilst completely overlooking the design flaw that causes the mud. - Dexcool run engines come out really clean looking even after 10 years of service.
