You do not apply for Expat job. The company sends you there and/or head hunted. You can consider joining the Army and posted to Other countries. That would be an 'Expat' job . If you apply for a job locally then it is not an Expat job, it is a local hire and they will short change you big time. I was posted to Singapore.
