Say hello to my little friend....

I ran across this in the Houston newspaper and thought it was worth passing on. Apparently there is going to be a big revealing of some photos taken at the time of the Roswell incident that are supposed to be a very big deal.

I am not that interested in beings from another planet unless they are here to buy something, but I figured there might be some here who are, so......

Ohh, who doesn't love a story that includes:

Some years ago, while an attic was being cleaned out, a chest was found containing many Kodachrome slides. Two Kodachrome slides were later found to have been separately hidden in an envelope within the inner lining of the chest’s lid. The chest and its contents were traced and found to have belonged to an intriguing, childless couple that are now deceased.

I'm in the same boat. Might be interesting to see as far as a historical event goes but I'm not on the edge of my seat in anticipation.

While I don't give it much more than a passing thought, I can't believe we're the only planet in the universe supporting advanced life forms.

And a couple that was considered above reproach. You have to have that to give it some cred.

Too bad they are not around so someone could ask them if they were the ones that put the slides in there.

All in all this has left me feeling rather depressed. I put my junk in the attic packed away in cardboard packing crates and wooden ammo boxes. When you live near an ammo plant ammo boxes are cheap.

Now I find that the truly classy folks packs their stuff away in chests. Like booty.

Maybe I could hit the Salvation Army and pick up some used cedar chests. It's going to be tough to lug them up the stairs, but if I want to stay current then sacrifices must be made.
