Ok tell me what you think...

1: a $20,000 Rolex has a 1 year manufacture warranty, but so does a casio or something much much cheaper, for $4,000-$20,000 for a watch it should have a longer manufcature warranty. most of the time, the company that sells you the watch extends it (not rolex)

2: a rolls royce, brand new, that costs $300,000+ only has a 3 years manufacture warranty. for that kind of money, i would expect at least 10 years

a mercedes benz, brand new, has 5yr/50,000 mile warranty.

but a hyandi or whatever which costs only a fraction of the price has a 10year/100,000 mile warranty.

3: a mont blanc that costs $150-$$$ only has 1 year manufacture warranty.

And then check this out, generally speaking cheaper things are more durrable or long lasting. Throw a BIC against the wall and nothing happens, throw a mont blanc against the wall and see what kinds of cracks you get.

Toyotas and Hondas are more reliable than $300,000+ cars.

Sometimes I just dont get it... is the more you spend, the shorter warranty and less durable and item is?
