So has Viki done a few more laps yet in her new car? If you posted pics of the completed job, I missed them.
BTW, I played around with the MGB pic of your 'Garage Guardian, but I couldn't get the background clear enough to tell - is that a flyer at 7 o'clock? I hope so, because I couldn't do a group as tight as that looks to be at 10 feet from a bench rest!

Guess what ? Our friend Ted got a good point. Everybody here knows how good parent you are and how much you love your family, so I will be very confident knowing that my wife and daughters are riding on a very safe car ! In the other hand, it seems that you have a wonderful way to spend your spare time on that fantastic MG  Mi querido amigo, to be sincere, I envy you ! Two Mercedes, a classic MG and those shooting skills... what else you could ask for hobbies ?

If you get tired of those SUs and want some help dropping a very light weight (315 lbs) 3.5 liter Buick/Olds/Rover/Morgan aluminum V8 engine in there with a kit from http://lotus.www.50megs.com/DDFab-2.htm I will volunteer the beer, unskilled labor, and Anglo Saxon swear words for the project! (Of course, you could always opt for the 5 liter version of the same engine ).

I "sold" (for $1.00) the 240D to my sister today for her 16 year old daughter (my neice) to drive this summer with the agreement that I will purchase it back for $1.00 at the end of the summer when the neice goes back to school.
