PRetty awesome man. You guys see this? It actually tracks more than the car directly in front, it tracks at least two cars ahead.

Okay it looks like variations are here to stay. If not already the practice it will require three separate independent systems.


That way only if two agree will it work. In the harsh environment of cars more than average electronic failure has to be considered. A single system failure otherwise could get you into very serious trouble.

That would be at least slightly reassuring. A single system setup scares the hell out of me.

And they wonder why Tesla got 400k orders for a car that was still 2 years away from production while GM/Ford/FCA are cutting production and closing factories to deal with a huge stockpile of unsold 2016 cars.
