Weird People!!!

Today I was working at the car wash and we get a guy come in who is a usual customer. He has a 1992 300 SE (w140) and gets it washed about every saturday. At my work, when you drive the car to the back of the wash, you get out and watch the car go through as you walk along inside and then pay. This guy sits in the passenger seat of his benz because when the car gets to the end, the attendent gets in and sprays the windows for cleaning and wipes the dash and, he doesnt want anyone to touch the wood in the interior.

Well, today i dont know what happened. The car's inside was done and the owner gets inside and I all of a sudden hear.............F$%K!!, F$#K!!. I got worried thinking what the hell happened. He said somebody messed up him mirrors and he has to adjust them now. He was sooooo pissed and was cursing and yelling so badly and turning this mirror switch back and forth, and I though to myself, he has to calm down over something like this!At least nothing is broken you know!!

I mean, if youre worried so much about the car getting damaged or whatever, then dont bring it anymore to the car wash. DO IT YOURSELF!!!!

Maybe he hid parts of the dead body behind the dash and mirrors.

I know how you feel I used to work at a car wash (long time ago). Once, I remeber this really anal lexus owner, he was really particular. one day He came in for his weekly wash. Somehow the water hose that we used to spray the bay out with got caught up in one of the spinning brushes. It slung the metal spray nozzle around and around beating the heck out of this guys lexus. Needless to say he never came back!

The people that are at least anal are BMW drivers. They come in talkin with their cell phones and completely tune out of this world. Benz drivers are pretty anal about their cars which is good but not like this that you should throw a tantrum because the mirrors got moved.

You probably would have known if something was broken. You do have to be careful with the first 5 or 6 years or so of the 140 chassis, as they have the power adjusted inside mirror. They can break if adjusted by hand, specially an older one like this. I'd probably be happy if I got a new mirror out of the deal, they cost something like 700 bucks if it's the self-dimming one. Owner (of the car wash) would be pretty po'd though, more than the car owner was today, to be sure.

The guy's a nut

However, there is some obtuse comfort about the fact that there are people like that in other parts of the world. At times, I think that all of the idiots in the world live in NJ.

You see reactions like that in NJ to too much cream in coffee.

Whenever I begin to think that al the idiots in the world live in NJ, all it takes is a step outside of the state's borders to prove otherwise.

If this guy was that upset about the mirrors, I would like to see what happens if someone adjusts his seats.

What I am trying to say is that he may not be upset over the fact that they were moved as much as they were moved improperly (if they were moved properly or not I don't know). If you move the power inside mirror manually, it can and will break. I wouldn't get upset over it and carry on on about it. If it gets broken, I would make the car wash pay for it.

Nobody knows what happened. I was the only one who heard him cursing and swearing and saw him touching the mirror control while he was doing it so I ASSUME that the mirrors where touched.

Maybe it would be better to have the whole story before passing judgement on the guy.
