I do not have a lot of experience with Ipads/apple in general. I was looking around and there are several programs available to convert Mpeg/MKV files for use on a Ipad. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I have a few videos that my wife wants to watch on her down time at work and she takes a Ipad 2 with her.
