We had a bunch of morons like that here in DFW. When I worked for the Airlines I drove up the freeway, every now and then there would be several of these bikers on rice rockets would blow by doing 40+ over the limit. Many times doing wheelies and other shenanigans. Scared the crap out of me a few times. I can only imagine what it would do too someone who is elderly.
I hope they fine the SOB in the video and cite him. If you want to do stunts with your vehicle then go to a close circuit and knock your self out. Public roads are not the place for it. Feel free to jeopardize your own life, not mine.
