Advisable before rather than during a heart attack. So common today it is almost unbelievable. I never had one yet the wife did. I do not think any amount of real pain is involved usually.

Stents kept my late father in law alive an additional 15 years when he was given a death setence. He was getting them on average every 2 months as they would plug up.
Go see a doctor immediately.

I don't mind a stent,what scares my is open heart with no pain meds,as the addicts have ruined medicine.
