Uh. No not at all. I'd love to have an almost new m7 Vette to beat on. But I 100% guarantee there would be no rev matching happening unless I was doing it with my feet. You seem to have missed the point of just about everything I've said here.

I'd suggest you go buy one then, huh? Hating on an inanimate object's features and benefits because you don't own one, seems to be your mantra. I love everything about mine. Especially the RevMatch. I love it's performance as well. 455hp and 460 ft lb torque. 30 mpg highway is better than my 1st diesel Mercedes-Benz. Driving without RevMatch is similar to driving a non-synchromatic stick. Perhaps you're of the thinking that synchromatic manual transmissions are too modern as well? You're living in the past not wanting ABS or TC, (traction control). Perhaps you believe that non-power drum brakes are superior as well? If so, then non-power steering cars are better suited to your needs too then. Disc brakes and radial tires and horns are out too then, right? Fact is you seem to love bashing things that you probably cannot afford. Is that true? If so, we're not missing anything about it.

Here we go again - an old man trying to lord his obsolete old Corvette over others, as if it was something to be coveted...

What the hell are you on about? Like driving a non syncromatic trans huh? You mean a non syncronized trans I suppose? Not even remotely, although I can do that too. I can drive your car without grinding gears, shifting without touching the clutch pedal as well. It's called skill and understanding how it's all working. I rev match every gear, meat foot. HEAR THAT!? I, ME, MYSELF rev match every gear with my feet. If you cannot do it or grasp that great. Buy a slushbox car. I don't hate on a manual trans vette at all. I just would never use the computer to drive it for me.

Added on

These things are a "benefit" for you, not me. It takes away from my driving pleasure. I've already explained about traction control and abs. It's not the same as power steering or power brakes. My inputs are controlling them. No computer is telling the power steering to change my input it's assisting them. Abs is fixing your screw up same as traction control. Man, I may be "old fashioned" but you are dense as MDF.

You are trying way to hard to convince anyone that you own a Vette. I wonder if you can even afford one.
