Aligning printer and forms

Hello everyone,,
I'm trying to align text in a PDF file with commercially available CMS-1500 forms. I don't see instructions on shifting the print area in an HP L7680 OfficeJet nor in the low rent PDF tools. Any advice on how to get the PDF print area to shift 3mm down and to the right?

Thanks,
Laksha,..

You might try printing and scanning the forms. Save and open up the new forms to see if it works better.

Or use scissors to trim a physical copy of the forms, then rescan the trimmed forms.

No idea if a program would help.

This is the eternal problem of people who work with printers
I also always faced various problems when printing PDF files and in the end I got tired of it. The fact is that I always received any errors or inconsistencies when printing and my friend advised me not to suffer and first convert the pdf file to a docx file and then print the document. It was a brilliant idea and it is strange that I myself did not think about it
He also advised me to buy a new printer from www.mrdepot.ca because the old printer worked very slowly and the tube with paint leaked and this was reflected on a sheet with printed text ...
