Found out I have Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

I was out at my storage unit trying to get under my 3.5 coupe to look at something. It is very close quarters and I was quite contorted. After squeezing in and out a few times I became quite nauseous. Then I vomited. I waited a bit until I felt better and went back to work. Same thing except more severe. I quit for the day, went home and did some research. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo describes my symptoms perfectly. Laying on my back turning my head in close quarters. A few mos ago I changed the oil on my 4x4 pickup and the same thing happened except no vomiting. There is plenty of room under it. I guess getting older.
