Duck caught speeding. Repeat offender.
The suspect has been caught on radar camera twice, exceeding the 30kph speed limit. He was icked at 52kph. He was also caught back in 2018 for the same offense. I'm surprised that Switzerland is not doing something for such blatant disregard for the law. The duck (appears to be a Mallard) is still at large.
