I'll be there...

Yes Cochinita Pibil ( pork ) tostadas and tequila for Mark's BBQ ribs sauce and for straight shots.

No Margaritas here.. only a bunch of "machos" drinking straight from the bottle like in the old cowboys movies

Just kidding, I will bring also the tequila glasses and lime and salt.

Ingredients for cocktails with the tequila are also welcome !

Still do not know if my wife and the girls are going to be attending, it depends on Sofia's mood that morning ( she's 10 months old and hates to make long drives sitting on her child seat ).

Ok, I'll bring various bags of chips (Potato, Doritos, etc....)

I'll also be bringing a case of beer if anyone is interested, although I want to make sure that everyone makes it back in one piece! If no one plans on drinking beer then I can bring some Macaroni Salad.

Do you guys seriously want me to bring the industrial blender. I can definitely bring it but I can say that it will disintegrate anything you put in it. Paul, maybe you have some cool recipes that require blending some gums/thickeners!

Let me know. By the way, I'll be on my own since my wife has to work that day.
