As seen on T.V. 'Turbo booster'
The idea behind this simple drop in product, is that it creates a vortex of incoming air for better fuel efficiency.
www.myauto.tv (sales site) Anybody tried this or have comments on the technical merits? I wonder if altering a beer can would produce the same effect?

These things have been around almost as long as cars have. I've seen them in ads in my collection of old Popular Science mags going back to the 1940's, and my dad told me years ago that he's seen them since he started messing with cars in the 1930's.
Long story short, they were proven to be ineffective then, and more than likely are still. Buy a bottle of snake oil and put in your gas tank. It'll be cheaper, and probably more effective

The snake oil does at least the following. It increases your fuel economy by the equal amount of fuel that it displaces when it's poured into the tank.

Lone Star TURBO Beer
Thanks for proving me correct!
Drinking a beer and inserting the bullet hole ridden empty can inbetween air flow, will have the same effect and help economise $70 immediately. Anybody want to go into business? how 'bout a beer then?
