still unclear on the euro lights

I have spent some time looking through the archives and am not able to understand how the setup goes. Forgive me for my ignorance I would appreciate it if someone can explain to me the way to have it set up.

I recently found a great deal on a pair of new euro headlights for my car and sent a bank wire transfer to the seller in Germany. I should have it in maybe within a month or so. I am guessing late March? So I am trying to have everything set up so when the time comes, I won't be confused.

I read in the archives that the connection plug is different than the US version. Someting like a 6 point plug to a 5. I read some people where able to convert this. My first question is, how do I convert the plug.

Then, I would like to have the city lights set up as well. What would I need for that? I read in the archives someone added a 6inch wire or something to that extent to have it work.

I don't like the US wipers, how they look and that the stand up in an upside down "L" shape. I would like to know how to convert my US wiper assemblt, including the motor, into a Euro one. I read in a thread, a member(sixto) knows an individual who has successfully did just that. I also understand that the wiper motors on the Euro and US work in opposite way. So can I just put the right US motor to the left headlight and vice versa? Then just find the actual Euro wiper arm? If this is possible, where would I be able to find a Euro wiper arm, new or used?

Please let me know since I am still lost. I will be looking again in the archives shortly. I am thanking you all in advance for any help I recieve.

You might try e-mailing Mike Tangas directly or search his posts.

He did it himself and could answer some of your questions.

Also, Ashman has done so many Euro headlight installs on w124's, that he can do it faster than the time it takes to get your camera ready.

I believe www.capitolwest.com sales the wiper kits, but I think ebennz has posted that they only sell it one large kit with the lights. They don't sell the euro wiper kits separately, unfortunately.
