I remember when all this started and France started *****ing about it somebody important, I think it was Condalisa Rice, wasn't giving it much attention. She said something like they always complain but when things actually happen they'll come around. I guess we have experienced people running the show.

I hope our memory in the future is better than France's loyalty in the recent past...
Just face it: this was their golden opportunity as a third-rate political power to try and re-achieve some dominance in the European & world forums. A chance to return to the lost Glory of Napoleon? I hope we never let them forget it.
