couple of EPC questions

1) I just installed a firewall. Why does the EPC program say it has to connect to the internet?

2) How do I enter an ML VIN with a 4JG prefix when the EPC won't let me change the WDB prefix?

Thanks,
Sixto

I have never tried to bring up anything by VIN. Have you tried selecting the ML from the model list? Maybe I'll try playing when I get home from work at oh-too-late tonight.

I can do that, but I was looking for the interior color code of a particular car. I can only look at a data card with a VIN, I think.

I looked up various interior components and found an English description of the interior color. It's very possible I couldn't decipher the various codes and footnotes properly and the interior code is in fact in the part description.

Ignore the connect to internet thingy. For an ML, press tab at the WBD input and then choose option #2.
