I've been searching the forums to no avail... I suspect this is a no-brainer for someone out there. I'm interested in knowing exactly where (a city in Germany, I assume) my 1988 300 SEL was built... and if parts were from various places, then where would it have finally rolled off the assembly line? I'm an admitted newbie and ask forgiveness in advance if this is a dumb-ass question... I'm just not having any luck finding the answer yet.
