What is the best scan tools for Mercedes Benz and European Cars?

Hey guys, do you know what is the best scan tool outhere? I have a shop and I need to get a Scan tool fast? Can anybody help me out? What you think about the Baum Ottoscan brand? Or the Kal Scan tools?
