I checked "in a crate", but the correct answer would be:

In a crate next to da bed.

When I was still living at home, my doberman slept in my twin sized bed with me. It was tough, but she kept my feet warm in the winter. Now we have a shepard, she sleeps everywhere.

My spoiled beagle sometimes requires that he sleep under the covers. He's clean and has no odor on him. Now if I can only get him to trim his nails....

Mine definitely sleeps in the cover with me, even in summer!! I think it is a security thing to her.

Ted, you can search the internet and find some information on trimming nails on dogs. Trim just a bit off. Basically, enough is clipped off when the inside of the nail looks a bit moist. Regular clipping helps push back the "quick" as it's called. If it DOES bleed - don't panic. Put flour on it and keep the dog from walking around.

That said, I've given up on clipping my dog's nails. He's such a baby that he goes beserk and fights for dear life as though I'm butchering him when I try to clip his nails!

One kingsize bed, one wife, two miniature bull terriers and me. Make for an interesting night when the two bull terriers get in a fight.

2 and a half year old mutt sleeps on the guest bed. I refuse to sleep with the dogs (unless the fiance asks real nice).

On da bed. One under the covers, the other one on top. Thank goodness they're only 9 and 14 pounds.

Our 8 year old Choc. Lab sleeps at the baby’s door while she is napping and quickly barks to tell us she is awake. Basically he settles wherever she is.
