Seems like there's no risk for the transaction itself but will the IRS buy it? Where do you find a sucker to lease an old car? How can you deduct the asset and depreciation of the asset at the same time?

I suppose you can fabricate a limo service, get the necessary registrations and licenses for such and donate the business based on potential worth, which should be more than the value of the car.
