IF you are NOT selling because you urgently need money

IF you can wait till you file your return to get your money

IF you don't mind helping a charitable organization

Our program works by executing a 36 or 60 month lease for your car - Then You IMMEDIATELY DONATE THE LEASE AND THE CAR TO OUR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION!!!! This means you are not donating just a car. Seems like there's no risk for the transaction itself but will the IRS buy it? Where do you find a sucker to lease an old car? How can you deduct the asset and depreciation of the asset at the same time?
