Not sure exactly. My brother emailed that pic to me, with the only explanation that the water pipes froze and burst at this house. I'll hafta see if he knows anymore about it.
But what a mess!

It's actually a new cyrogenic preservation technique being tried out. Saves the cost of storing your body in a big building somewhere. You are just put in your favorite vehicle, then the whole garage is frozen. Really sucks when there's a power outage in the neighborhood tho'

You've got to live somewhere that's pretty darn cold for a garage to freeze running water like that...they should use the insurance money to rent a U-Haul and move...
