Question 1975 Honda CL360 sitting

I have a 1975 Honda CL360 which has been sitting for 6 years.
I know. I know. Bad move. Yes, it has (had) unleaded fuel in the tank. I'm not sure what it is in there, now. It had a tune up about 400 miles before it started it's sitting marathon. The tank was also coated internally by the folks at POR15, who made sure it was done correctly, the tank is as good as it can be aside from the sitting gasoline. I plan on draining the existing fuel and putting in a new battery to start it. Any suggestions on what else I should do before attempting to start it to prevent damage?
I am expecting some bad news, but details are appreciated.

Regards,
