Tjoepie will be grateful, but do you know why PhotoPoint links don't work here? SupraForums.com uses the same BB software and it works there.

New H&R's heres the look from the side.

No you just adjust it. It compensates. If its too low you put it on a drive on hoist and addjust the length. Its pretty forgiving
