Please post a close up photo of the bend/wrinkle at the right edge of the instrument cowling. Looking at the marks on the top of the cowling this indicates that it was crushed downward at some point....

PSA - CERAMIC FUSES ARE A THING

The plastic cored fuse on the right did everything under the sun except blow. The plastic absorbed some serious heat which helped the fuse hold on. It was also poorly made and possibly rated too low....
