power steering fluid filter

Is my 1987 300 sdl supposed to have a power steering fluid filter? I went to change the fluid and there was no filter. I have read in the diesel forum the some models do have filters.

My '87 300 SDL gets condensation on the outside of the window when the AC is on. I can feel some air flow out of the defrost vents, even though the CC is set for dash vents. The AC otherwise works...

I am still working on the tach on my 87 300sdl with no luck. It is fine when the engine is cold, but once the engine warms up over 80 the tach goes to 0. Let the engine cool down and the tach is fine...
