Hanfrac, I have experienced 2 over heating probs.

1) same symptoms as you with boiling in overflow, ended out that my freon level was low and fans (they operate with 3 speeds when a/c is on...

install instructions

I tried following the renntech instructions and the wire colors did not match the instructions, if i remember, the instructions are for a 1993, maybe 1992 has different colors. Any ideas?

I did mine last Septembre at MB dealer, 2 hours...

I did mine last Septembre at MB dealer, 2 hours labour, just gave my car in this morning to redo the job on the guarantee, noise started again last month. Hope this helps.

I am getting about a 1 to 1.5 second delay into reverse, way to long to give my car to any valet. Anyone have a clue for me.

Replaced my rear driver side shock yesterday, had 160,000 kilometres (100,000 miles) $800 bucks ouch! Did one side only, car rides perfect.
