I need adjust my left head light on my 2002 S430 AMG to the right a few degrees. I found the up down sort of in the middle, simple adjustment. How to I make the left right adjustment?

My 93 after running for an hour or so has a significant reduction in power. It acts as if it's staving for fuel, so blows black smoke when I accelerate.
