Hey,

I installed a om601 2.0D engine to (originally) c220 2.2 petrol car.
Everything is fine now, but the only thing not working is the tachometer doesnt show rpm. I have the diesel instrument...

They are both same weight. Because m119 is alloy and m103 is iron block...

Mercedes m104 uses hydro-mechanical cam timing system on the intake cam.
My question is, how it works? How does the ECU controll it? Just with on/off signal or PWM signal?
