WTB 83' 300SD passener mirror

Looking for an excellent passenger side electric mirror for my 300SD. The folding stop on mine broke and I had to wedge a metal washer in there so I can use the mirror.

Our SD has developed a pretty good vibration at around 65-67 mph. Smooth before, and smooths out after, say around 70ish. I am thinking front tires, any other areas to check?
