Mercedes no longer stocks the window channel rubber/felt for the W126 model - according to my local MB parts house and to the 'classic center'.

Windows not moving.

I would pull the door interior panel and take a look at the door lift mechanism. There are many posts (check the FAQs) that show or tell how to troubleshoot window lifts.

Motor Mount Replacement: 300SD

You can do it. Tools might be an issue. I needed:

socket wrench
2 extensions - at least one that is 12 in.
torx head adapter (I used two different sizes) for the socket wrench
swivel elbow...
