No vacuum test....

Unplugged the line to the modulator and plugged the T.

Trans shifted 1-2 at 35k/h and would not shift past that. Very strange. When I had the new modulator installed, it only shifted at redline...

27k is 27 kilometers/hour. My 240d has a speedo only. No tachometer.

1-2 less than 20k (speedo starts at 20) -- I'm guessing 12-14k
2-3 at 27k
3-4 at 43k

Out of the blue, the trans stopped shifting correctly. Shifted only at near-redline. Thought it was the modulator. Not so. No vacuum to modulator. Read the post on bypassing the 3/2 valves. ...
