Yep, the sprockets will wear faster with a new chain, and should be replaced. You are right, unless the chain is stretched beyond specs don't worry abt it.

YES, and NO! Timing belt, tensioner and water pump= $250-$300 every 80k miles. EGR valve gets clogged every 3 months because of the lower cetane in the US fuel. Turbo dies before 200k. 50MPG HELL...

Yes, the fuel filters have been changed. I drove the car a lot on the freeway. I'm going to change the primer pump as soon as I get it. All other fuel lines have been changed in the engine bay...

Engine fired right up and for the first time I didn't had to rev it and keep it at 1k to keep it idle. It did not died and the motor was missing wayyy...

Yep the rubber line between 1 hard line and pre-filter to primer pump is wet. I was wondering abt it. I double checked the primer pump and it's fine, no leaks....
