If I were to say I'd say it's cranking at a normal speed. After a couple long tries it slows down ... four or five 10 sec draws then it slows down significantly. But after I recharge cranks over fast...

It's a Diesel so I know there's a "D" in the model.

Still having problems. Kept the car in a garage overnight with a battery charger on it. Now with 13V juice try as I might it will not turn over completely. At least it will make an atempt at least. ...

Also;

Would I be able to jump the starter with a portable booster pack? I've got one of those pretty handy.
