I read in the forum about the fan cluches and bought a new one and replaced my old one, but new cluch also turns at least 5 or 6 turns after cuting off the engine.Is this a indication of a bad fan...

good idea. Fuse is in good shape on the OVP relay, mine is made in hungary, as K-1, K-2, K-3 schematic shows 3 diffarent relay function on it, 59 7238 000 is the number written on it, I try to brake...
