rear defrost

my 2000 ML430 has no rear defrost.it has power to the module in the back and the fuse is good,is there any known problems with this?

i read the owers manual on how to reset the number back to 10,000 miles on my 2000 ml430 but it will not work,anyone help would be thankful.thanks jim

i have a 2000 ml430 with a knocking noise when i take off fast,i was told it could be the harmonic balancer witch i believe it is in a recall?
