Thanks, i had the front cover off and found that the chain had jumped do to previous mechanic crapmanship. i was looking to see if there was another way besides the damper cause i removed it along...

Hopefully someone has an answer. i have a 1993 300d that has a timing issue. i discovered that the cam is'nt timed perfectly with the crank. i know how to put the cam at tdc but i dont know how to...
