We pulled the vacuum pump, cleaned it, replaced the ball bearing with Nachi bearings from Japan.

Well it looks like the ball bearings should be replaced. I found Nachi #626 at VXB for cheap.
Are there two ball bearings in there?

Can I expect to do this in one day if I have the bearings...

It looks like the air filter in my girlfriends 240D is too short and dirty air is bypassing it! It makes me sick to my stomach.

Is there a filter I can buy locally that is the right one?
