The leak is coming from the box itself. It looks like there is a top part and a smaller squarish bottom part and the leak is where they meet It's not from any of the hoses.

Got the window closed but not fixed

Yup. Turns out the window had slipped out of the track at the front. I was able to gently, as everyone suggested, "persuade" the glass back into the groove and coax it back up. So my main problem is...
