Just a follow through......

Assembly sold quite quickly.
New owner installed it and resolved his problem... now, he just needs to fit his plastic cover on the "innards" I sent.
Me? New OEM...

As the bulb's white opaque "covers" fit flush with their surrounding plastic....just push them upwards?
Are they not held in place by (breakable plastic)...

Although it works perfectly, the old brittle plastic has cracked beyond repair in my 1995 E320 cabriolet's overhead domelight assembly.
