Legally- MBUSA is on the hook to cover all the items as identified within the Stamark
It should but when I called mbusa, they said they've investigated and talk to the dealer and the dealer told MBUSA that the problem was disclosed to me upon purchasing the car and that is another BS....

In my own opinion, i think it is a plain mis- alignment and combination of tie-rod problem. I believe due to tie rod problem, it will cause it to misalign.
