Noob question here. Both plates attached (in front of radiator and in driver's door). With all the various lines and numbers, I'm not sure what my definitive VIN actually is?

For my W114, I need a set of 4 wheel covers in Tobacco Brown (paint code 423). 14 inch size.

These appear on eBay but usually beat to all hell. Anyone have any in decent shape?
